Bish Bash Bosh!

Well, it's been a busy busy month since we last spoke, I have been busy making plans my new beginners ring making course, developing a new website for Gallery 2wo and evolving ideas for my new jewellery range to be launched soon, ooOOooo!! Plus lots of other exciting things on the horizon for Gallery2wo... indeed. Over the weekend.... Yesterday I held the pilot beginners ring making class. What a FAB day, a few people were poorly and were a no show but that didn't stop our fun.... Yes I even let boys play too!!  Kyla working on her  ring.. Courageous indeed, Rahhhh!  One Courageous happy lady. Its been a while since my last Blog... quite a shameful amount of time really. Since that last time I have relocated to Cornwall with my partner, living right by the sea... heaven. My jewellery took a bit of a rest over this time, but now I'm back with a vengeance, my new workshop is all set up, Recently stocked my first outlet down here and making a few new contacts which is great. The all new 'Captured' range

A new range of sterling silver bowls capturing light in the hand mixed resin. Currently have designs in cuff links, drop earrings and earrings. there are designs for bracelets, rings and necklaces in the making. I'm very excited about it all :o) Here are some images of work in progress and some finished pieces. Almost finished ' captured ' studs, ranging from Large to small . 'swimming' and 'rock pool' two of the colour schemes. 'swimming' is light blue with swirls of sparkle. 'rock pool' captures shale in a light and breezy yellow/green shimmer. Also available will be bold lime greens, pretty pinks, pearly swirly and more! Last week I got a bit click happy and ended up ordering rather a lot of equipment Waahooo.... I AM justified in spending and ordering as I now don't have to wait for every fortnight to come around so that I can do some soldering! I can now do it all in my own workshop..phew. commissions were getting a bit long winded! However this clever spannah forgot to order the Flux!! Doh...but have now been given some to keep me going phew! Am now just waiting on my triblet as they didn't have any in stock when I ordered (how rude!) I got SO excited about it all i had it all delivered to work! and got a bhit snap happy on opening!! teehee

Pendant . The pebbles come from Kimmeridge bay. Set into blue hand pigmented resin. which is then gripped by the handmade brushed sterling silver clasp that echo's the shape of the heart on the back. So this can be worn either way. Reversible necklace . The resin cube holds marigold seeds which are rich oranges and set in turquoise hand pigmented resin. Strung with a mix of Howlite and turquoise gemstone chips. Earrings . Sterling silver with a pool or turquoise resin Light catching droplet's. The curve of the bowl mixed with the resins reflective qualities results in and ever changing colours and shades.
